Cameras and asset trackers are add-ons. Installation, taxes, and shipping are extra.
Fleet pricing is often shared only after a demo. Below is how the bill is built, what changes it, and three examples you can scale to your own fleet.
1. The bill has two parts
Every Geotab setup has a one-time equipment cost and a monthly plan per device.
- One time: the GO device ($85) and the harness that connects it to your vehicle ($15 standard, or $29 for a T-harness on vehicles that need one). Fleet Wolf confirms which harness fits before you order.
- Monthly: a rate plan for each device. The plan decides which features and data you get.
Geotab sells only through authorized resellers, so these numbers vary by reseller. When you compare quotes, add both parts together over a year or more, not just the monthly rate.

Pick GO Core if you mainly need to know where vehicles are, when crews arrive, and who is speeding or idling. Field service, trades, and local delivery fleets often start here.

How the second row adds up: each truck is $85 + $15 + $300 = $400 up front and $28 + $26 = $54 a month. Five trucks is $2,000 up front plus $270 × 12 = $3,240 for the year.

5. No contract or 36 months?

6. Small fleet pricing
Fleets of 10 vehicles or fewer can ask about the Small Business Fleet Special: 50% off the equipment package and discounted monthly rates guaranteed for 24 months, with no contract when you buy the equipment. The offer ends December 31, 2026.
7. Already paying for Geotab?

Does Geotab require a contract? Not with Fleet Wolf’s individual-item pricing. A 36-month plan with equipment included is also available.
Can I buy Geotab directly from Geotab? No. Geotab sells through authorized resellers, which is why prices and support vary.
Is installation included? No. Many GO devices plug into the vehicle’s diagnostic port with a harness. Fleet Wolf will tell you what your vehicles need and quote installation if you want it done for you.
