What we collect

Website forms may collect your name, work email, company, phone number, fleet details, product interests, DOT number, VINs you are authorized to share, and the questions or support needs you submit. We do not request passwords, payment-card details, or MyGeotab credentials through these forms.

How we use it

Fleet Wolf uses submitted information to answer questions, prepare quotes, review product fit, perform requested compatibility or public-data reviews, provide support, and follow up about the service you selected.

Form processing

Website submissions are processed by Formspree and delivered to Fleet Wolf. Formspree may process technical information needed to transmit the form and reduce spam. Links to Geotab, marketplaces, and other services are governed by those services’ privacy practices.

Sharing and retention

Fleet Wolf does not sell submitted personal information. We may share information with service providers or product partners when needed to answer your request, prepare a quote, verify compatibility, or provide a requested service. We retain information as reasonably needed for those purposes, business records, security, and legal obligations.

Optional OpenAI ad tracking

Updated October 21, 2026. On our Small Business Fleet Special page, you can allow or decline OpenAI advertising measurement. When allowed, the OpenAI Pixel may send website activity, successful pricing-request events, cookies and other identifiers, and supported form information hashed in your browser to OpenAI. OpenAI may use this data for matching, reporting, advertising measurement and delivery, custom audiences, and development and improvement of its products and services. We do not manually include form answers in the lead event payload; the Pixel may collect supported information through automatic advanced matching.

The OpenAI Pixel is not loaded until you allow it. Your choice is stored in this browser; supported Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals keep it off. You can change your choice below or on the offer page. Declining does not prevent form submission. Withdrawing permission stops future Pixel loading after the page reloads; it does not erase data already sent. Existing Google Analytics and Formspree processing are separate from this OpenAI-specific choice.
