What we collect
Website forms may collect your name, work email, company, phone number, fleet details, product interests, DOT number, VINs you are authorized to share, and the questions or support needs you submit. We do not request passwords, payment-card details, or MyGeotab credentials through these forms.
How we use it
Fleet Wolf uses submitted information to answer questions, prepare quotes, review product fit, perform requested compatibility or public-data reviews, provide support, and follow up about the service you selected.
Form processing
Website submissions are processed by Formspree and delivered to Fleet Wolf. Formspree may process technical information needed to transmit the form and reduce spam. Links to Geotab, marketplaces, and other services are governed by those services’ privacy practices.
Sharing and retention
Fleet Wolf does not sell submitted personal information. We may share information with service providers or product partners when needed to answer your request, prepare a quote, verify compatibility, or provide a requested service. We retain information as reasonably needed for those purposes, business records, security, and legal obligations.
Your choices
You may ask Fleet Wolf to correct or delete information you submitted, subject to records we must retain. Email sales@fleetwolf.com or call (626) 384-9013. Do not send passwords or sensitive account credentials.
